I believe that we have passed a point of no return on the climate change issue, there may be time to reverse the effects, however, it would take the entire earth in order to do what needs to be done. As Governor I will defend the quality of the air and water of this state. Oklahomans are the steward to a beautiful and diverse landscape, I believe that we must preserve what we still have for our children and grandchildren.
We populate this planet with over 300,000 children born each day with not even 200,000 deaths a day. So on an average, we add nearly 100,000 more cars on the road every day these kids turn 18 increasing more roads, concrete, fumes and drilling the center out of our planet. Some how some way we must slow this down.
This is what we are allowing to happen right here in Oklahoma and it has to stop.
